Q: What control do I have over my website?
A: If you are subscribed to our package plans we handle all services as part of your included maintenance, you only need to request it. If you are not then you have chosen a contract site and are expected to provide your own domain and hosting, hence giving you full control once your website is complete.

Q: What does a “Package Plan” include?
A: A Package Plan consists of domain name, custom web site design, hosting, email accounts and a customer portal to access your account.

Q: What does a “Contract Site” include?
A: A Contract Site consists of a custom web site design at a set price to be paid at intervals agreed upon within contract, upon final payment the files will be handed to the client ending the contract.
Q: How can I pay?
A: We accept credit cards, cash, cheques and E-transfers

Q: When is my payment due?
A: An invoice will be sent to you from billing@pixelinity.com and the due date will be visible in the top right corner, If you are a package plan subscriber invoices are emailed out on the first of the month and due by the 15th.
